Indians pull off triple steal in win (AP)
After completing a rare unassisted triple play a few weeks ago, the Cleveland Indians pulled off an even stranger feat with a triple steal. Pedro Martinez is likely to rejoin the New York Mets‘ rotation early next week in San Francisco. Then, after two seemingly routine warmup pitches before the bottom of the fifth, he appeared to…

The seven-time Cy Young Award winner said McNamee, his former personal trainer, was “malicious and grossly negligent” when McNamee told baseball investigator George Mitchell last year that Clemens had used steroids and human growth hormone.
