Durham, NC - Greg Paulus scored 22 points including five-of- eight from beyond the arc, as third-ranked Duke used a strong second half to roll past North Carolina State, 92-72, at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Kyle Singler added 19 points for the Blue Devils (18-1, 6-0 ACC), who have won eight straight games. Gerald Henderson and DeMarcus Nelson chipped in 18 points apiece. Gavin Grant recorded a game-high 26 points for the Wolfpack (13-7, 2-4), losers in four of their last six. J.J. Hickson notched 14 points and 10 boards, and Brandon Costner had 14 points in defeat.

Chapel Hill, NC - Tyler Hansbrough scored 18 points and grabbed six rebounds as No. 4 North Carolina easily topped Boston College, 91-69, at the Smith Center. Deon Thompson added a career-high 17 points and also grabbed six boards for the Tar Heels (20-1, 5-1 ACC), who returned to action after an eight-day layoff. The team last played on January 23rd, when it defeated Miami, 98-82, in Coral Gables. Ty Lawson donated 16 points and dished out 10 assists in the victory, while Wayne Ellington finished with 14 points and Marcus Ginyard 10. Alex Stephenson ended with 11 boards. Tyrese Rice finished with a game-high 20 points for the Eagles (12-7, 3-3), who were coming off an 81-73 overtime loss at home to Virginia Tech on Saturday and have now dropped three straight. Rakim Sanders ended with 16 points and was the only other player in double figures for Boston College.

Darren Collison added 14 points and Russell Westbrook had 10 along with seven assists. Derek Glasser poured in 13 points for the Sun Devils (14-6, 4-4), who have dropped four straight games. James Harden contributed nine points in defeat.

Pullman, WA - Ryan Anderson scored 27 points on 9-of-13 shooting and grabbed nine boards, as the California Golden Bears upended the ninth-ranked Washington State Cougars, 69-64, at Friel Court. Patrick Christopher made 8-of-12 shots for 16 points, as the Golden Bears (12-7, 3-5 Pac-10) snapped a three-game slide. Jamal Boykin added 12 points and seven rebounds in the win. Kyle Weaver had 15 points and five rebounds for the Cougars (17-3, 5-3), who have lost two of three. Taylor Rochestie finished with 14 points, four rebounds and four assists, while Aron Baynes donated 11 in the loss, Washington State’s first at home (9-1).

Madison, WI - Trevon Hughes scored 16 points as 13th-ranked Wisconsin dealt 11th-ranked Indiana its first Big Ten loss of the season, 62-49, at Kohl Center. Marcus Landry added a double-double for Wisconsin (17-3, 7-1 Big Ten), scoring 14 points and pulling down 11 rebounds. Michael Flowers added 10 points as Wisconsin rebounded from a 60-56 loss at Purdue on Saturday to win for the 11th time in its last 12 games. D.J.White put together a phenomenal performance in the losing effort, scoring 22 points and hauling in 17 rebounds, as Indiana (17-3, 6-1) lost its second straight game after a 13-game winning streak. Eric Gordon poured in 16 points for the Hoosiers, who dropped a 68-63 decision to Connecticut on Saturday.

Seattle, WA - Brook Lopez poured in a game-high 31 points and also grabbed 13 rebounds to help 14th-ranked Stanford easily knock off Washington, 65-51, at Bank of America Arena. It was Stanford’s first win in Seattle since February 14, 2002. Mitch Johnson and Landry Fields added eight points apiece for the Cardinal (17-3, 6-2 Pac-10), who have won four straight and six of seven overall. Johnson also nabbed seven rebounds and dished out six assists in the victory. Quincy Pondexter had 15 points and eight rebounds for Washington (12-9, 3-5), which opened a four-game homestand. The Huskies have now dropped two straight and five of their last seven. Jon Brockman contributed 13 points, to go along with 13 rebounds, and Ryan Appleby also donated 10 points in defeat.
